Andy spent fourteen years in a job he genuinely enjoyed, well thought of, and in conversation about a director role. Then the business was acquired by a corporate giant and change became inevitable. Several years of redundancies followed.

Looking for something he could control, and having always loved property, Andy took a property course.

The first deal took time, but with investor backing it eventually came together. Persistence and consistency did the rest, and Add A Level was born.

The name came from a friend, a personal trainer, forever telling people to "add a level" to their performance. Today it means exactly that: a higher level of property, in quality and in service.
